Pepper Steak

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 bell peppers, sliced (one red, one green for color)
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
