Luscious Blueberry Lemon Cream Cheese Pastries



1 egg
1 tablespoon water
For the Topping:

¼ cup powdered sugar
Directions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Blueberry Filling:

Rinse the blueberries and place them in a medium saucepan.
Add the sugar, brown sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
Stir and heat over medium heat until the mixture thickens. Let cool.
Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling:

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in the egg yolk, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until well combined.
