Boneless Fish Fillets – 350 g (cut into 3-inch chunks)
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Crushed Pepper – 1/2 – 3/4 tsp
Garlic Powder – 1/4 tsp
Dry Coating:
All-Purpose Flour – 1/2 cup
Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce:
Butter – 4-5 tbsp
Salt – pinch
Crushed Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Finely Chopped Garlic – 2 tsp
Finely Chopped Parsley – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
All-Purpose Flour – 2 tsp
