Lemon Butter Garlic Fish

Wash and pat dry the boneless fish fillets. Cut them into 3-inch chunks.
In a bowl, combine salt, crushed pepper, and garlic powder. Rub the mixture onto the fish pieces and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Spread the all-purpose flour evenly on a plate.
Take each fish piece and coat it with flour, ensuring it is fully coated. Repeat for all the fish pieces.
Cooking Process:
Heat a skillet and add olive oil or any other neutral oil.
Place the coated fish pieces side by side in the skillet and fry them over medium-high heat for around 3 minutes.
Flip all the pieces and continue to fry over medium heat for another 3 minutes or until they are browned on both sides. Remove the fish pieces and place them on a plate.
Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce:
In another pan, melt the butter.
Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté for a minute over low heat.
Season with a pinch of salt and crushed pepper, and mix well.
Add the all-purpose flour and cook for 30-60 seconds over low heat.
Finally, add the lemon juice, finely chopped parsley, and red chilli flakes.
Cook for a minute, then remove from heat and pour the sauce over the fried fish pieces.
