Iced Lavender Matcha Recipe


Directions:
Make the Lavender Syrup:

In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and dried lavender buds. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and let the mixture steep for about 15 minutes.
Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve to remove the lavender buds. Allow the syrup to cool completely.
Prepare the Matcha:

In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy. For best results, use a bamboo whisk or an electric frother.
