Elegant White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake


Directions:
Prepare the Crust:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Make the Cheesecake Batter:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Add the sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract, beating well after each addition until fully incorporated.
Divide and Flavor the Batter:

Divide the batter evenly into two separate bowls.
Stir the melted white chocolate into one half of the batter.
Stir the blueberry puree into the other half of the batter.
