Chocolate Strawberry Cake

Directions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round baking pans.

Prepare the Cake Batter:

In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix on medium speed until well combined.
Reduce the speed and carefully add the boiling water to the batter. Beat on high speed for about 1 minute to incorporate air.
Bake the Cake:

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let the cakes cool in the pans for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
