Chocolate Strawberry Cake



Beat the softened butter on high speed until creamy and smooth, about 1 minute.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating on low speed initially, then increasing to high speed once the sugar is incorporated.
Add the strawberry puree and vanilla extract, and beat on high speed until the buttercream is light and fluffy.
Assemble the Cake:

Place one cake layer on a serving plate and spread a thick layer of strawberry buttercream over it.
Repeat with the remaining cake layers.
Frost the top and sides of the cake with the remaining buttercream.
Garnish with fresh strawberries.
