Beef Chop Suey Recipe


1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup snow peas
1 cup celery, sliced (about 2 stalks)
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 can young corn
2 tablespoons avocado oil
Steps:
Cook the Beef:

Heat 1 tablespoon of avocado oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Fry the beef until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside on a plate.
Sauté the Vegetables:

In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil.
Sauté the sliced onions until fragrant.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add the sliced carrots and stir-fry until tender.
Add the broccoli florets, young corn, and sliced celery. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, then set aside.
