Bars made with nuts and dried fruits for energy.

Get the nuts and seeds ready.

Gently heat the almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds in a pan without oil over medium heat for around 5 minutes. Stir often until they turn golden and smell good. Allow them to cool.

Prepare the dried fruits.

Put the dates, apricots, cranberries, and raisins in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is sticky and well mixed.

Mix the ingredients.

Move the roasted nuts and seeds to the food processor with the dried fruit mix. Press the button a few more times until all the ingredients are well mixed and form a sticky mixture.

Create the bars.

Cover a baking dish or tray with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the dish, spreading it out evenly to a thickness of about 1-2 cm.

Cool down and let it solidify.

Put the dish in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or until the mix is solid enough to be cut into bars.

Cut and serve.

After it has cooled down, take it out of the fridge and cut it into bars as big as you want. Enjoy these energy bars as a quick snack or take them with you for a boost of energy while you’re on the move.
