Hibiscus Bliss Cake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup hibiscus tea, strongly brewed and cooled
1 tablespoon hibiscus flower powder (for natural coloring)
For the Coconut Frosting:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut cream
