Ingredients:
– 2 lbs small red or yellow potatoes, cut into quarters
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons minced garlic
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
– 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
