Crispy Parmesan Potatoes



1. Preheat Oven:Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prepare Potatoes:Place the quartered potatoes in a large mixing bowl.

3. Season: Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to ensure all the potatoes are evenly coated.

4. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

5. Roast: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes. Turn the potatoes once halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly and become golden brown and crispy.

6. Garnish and Serve: Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
