Let’s prepare several omelet options for your morning meal.

Ingredients for omelet No. 1:

  • Eggs – 6 pcs.;
  • Milk – 300 g;
  • Salt – a pinch;
  • Butter.

Cooking omelet No. 1:

Break the eggs into a bowl, pour in the milk and add salt, beat the ingredients until smooth. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the mixture of eggs and milk into it.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Carefully turn over and remove the omelette from the mold.
