Who remembers these jam tarts?We called it Dutch jam tarts!


Method
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla essence
mix everything together, sift dry ingredients into creamed mixture and mix everything with your hands.

Take 1 1/2 cups of dough and put it in a freezer for 30 minutes.
Press the rest of the dough into a Swiss roll baking tray. Spread over the apricot jam.
Now grate the dough from the freezer over the apricot jam.
Bake in a
Preheated oven: 180C
For 20 minutes until its golden brown
Cut into squares.
