Ultimate Mac ‘n’ Cheese


Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente; drain.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to create a roux. Gradually add milk and cream, stirring continuously until thickened.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheddar, Gruyere, Parmesan, and mozzarella until cheeses are melted. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Combine cheese sauce with drained macaroni and transfer to the prepared baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
