Turtle Cheesecake Brownies:


1. Preheat your oven following the brownie mix instructions. Grease or line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix up the brownie batter in a big bowl according to the box instructions.
3. In another bowl, whip together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until it’s smooth and creamy.
4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of half the cream cheese mixture and half the caramel sauce over the brownie layer. Use a knife to swirl them into the batter.
5. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans and chocolate chips on top.
6. Repeat the layers with the remaining brownie batter, cream cheese mixture, caramel sauce, pecans, and chocolate chips.
7. Swirl everything together again with a knife to create a marbled look.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes until the brownies are set. You can check by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out with just a few moist crumbs.
9. Let the brownies cool in the pan on a wire rack before slicing.
