Try out this recipe for “Pilgrim’s Pie.” You can taste all of Thanksgiving in a single bite!

Get the Stuffing Ready:
In 2 tablespoons of butter, sauté 1/2 cup of onion, 1 bulb of garlic, and 2 stalks of celery. Combine the thyme and rosemary, adding a teaspoon of each. The time of year.

Add Stuffing Layers:
After the stuffing is made, pour it over the turkey mixture.

While casserole is baking, make the turkey gravy. You may use a premade mix or whip up your own using turkey fat, flour, butter, and broth.
After a short cooling period, serve the dish. Toss with heated turkey gravy before serving.
