Triple Cheese Meat Lasagna


1. **Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. **Cook Noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. **Prepare Meat Sauce: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in the marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. **Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, parmesan, egg, spinach, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
5. **Layer the Lasagna: In a baking dish, lay down four lasagna noodles. Spread half of the meat sauce over the noodles, then layer half of the cheese mixture on top. Repeat the layers: noodles, meat sauce, and cheese mixture. Finish with a layer of noodles, the remaining meat sauce, and the remaining mozzarella cheese.
6. **Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
7. **Rest and Serve: Let the lasagna stand for 10 minutes before serving.
