The trick to cooking potatoes perfectly is this. Tasty and good!

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 50 ml of water
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 3 sprigs of rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley

Preparation

  1. First peel the potatoes, roughly cut them into pieces, put them in a saucepan with plenty of boiling salted water then   let them cook for 10 minutes   .
  2. Now put the oil in a coated pan, add the rosemary and garlic, stir and let it sit until it turns a brownish color.
  3. Now strain everything into a bowl, remove the garlic and rosemary, add the potatoes and mix with a spatula to season.
  4. Once this is done, place the potatoes in a roasting pan lined with special paper, ensuring that they are evenly distributed, and add 50 ml of water to the roasting pan.
  5. Finally, bake in a   preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes   . Go back at least once. Finally, place in a bowl and season with fried garlic and rosemary.
