The Best Lasagna Roll Ups Recipe

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and lay out on a clean towel.
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and mix with marinara sauce.
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Spread a spoonful of cheese mixture on each noodle, roll up, and place seam side down in the dish.
Top with remaining meat sauce and mozzarella.
Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
