Tastes like heaven! Sometimes I make it without the noodles too!

2 pounds of cubed beef chuck roast
Beef broth (one cup) and soy sauce (half a cup)
– Half a cup of honey – Minced garlic, six cloves
– 1/4 cup rice vinegar
– Sesame oil, 2 tablespoons
1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder
– A quarter teaspoon of black pepper
– For an extra kick, you may add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
– Four cups of cooked egg noodles
Cornstarch, 2 tablespoons; cold water, 2 teaspoons
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced, fresh green onions
