Taco Macaroni and Cheese


1. Cook the macaroni and cheese in a pot according to the instructions on the box.
2. While the macaroni is cooking, brown the ground beef in a separate pan over medium heat until it’s fully cooked. Drain off any excess fat.
3. Stir in the taco seasoning and the can of Rotel tomatoes into the cooked ground beef. Let it simmer until it’s all heated through.
4. Once the macaroni and cheese is done, mix it together with the seasoned meat mixture. Stir it gently over low heat until everything is well combined.
5. Serve it hot and enjoy the comforting mix of tacos and cheesy pasta!
