Summery Delight: Creamy Shrimp and Cucumber Salad

Ensure the pre-cooked shrimp are fully thawed. If needed, remove tails and any remaining shells. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

2. Preparing the Vegetables:
Peel and dice the cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Dice the avocado and finely chop the shallots. Combine these ingredients in a spacious mixing bowl.

3. Combining Ingredients:
Add the thawed shrimp to the bowl with the cucumber, avocado, and shallots. Sprinkle the chopped fresh dill over the mixture.
