Strawberry Cream Brownies



For the Chocolate Ganache:
1️⃣ Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
2️⃣ Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.
3️⃣ Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.

Assembly:
1️⃣ Once the brownies are completely cool, spread the strawberry cream filling evenly over the top.
2️⃣ Chill the brownies in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set the filling.
3️⃣ Pour the chocolate ganache over the chilled strawberry cream layer and spread it evenly.
4️⃣ Return to the refrigerator and chill for another hour until the ganache is set.
