Spaghetti and Meatballs


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix all meatball ingredients. Form into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until browned.
For the sauce, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft. Add crushed tomatoes, sugar, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add basil at the end.
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.
Serve spaghetti with sauce and meatballs. Sprinkle with more Parmesan and fresh basil.
