Southwestern Pasta Salad



Drain and rinse the black beans and corn.
Dice the bell pepper and red onion.
Quarter the cherry or grape tomatoes.
Chop the cilantro.
Chop the grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, black beans, corn, bell pepper, red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and chicken.

Add Dressing:
Stir in the chipotle ranch dressing until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Chill:
Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve chilled.
