Soulful Meatloaf


1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix Meatloaf Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.

3. Shape Meatloaf: Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet.

4. Prepare Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and mustard powder for the glaze.

5. Glaze and Bake: Spread half of the glaze evenly over the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour or until the meatloaf is cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F or 71°C). Halfway through the baking time, spread the remaining glaze over the meatloaf.

6. Rest and Serve: Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
