Sloppy Joe Casserole with Manwich


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish and set it aside.
2. In a 4-5 quart heavy-bottomed stock pot, brown the ground beef and diced onion over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease, then return the browned ground beef and onions to the pot.
3. Add the 2 cans of Manwich sauce, the cooked bowtie noodles, and the shredded Velveeta to the pot. Stir the ingredients until well combined.
4. Pour the Manwich casserole into the prepared 9×13 baking dish.
5. Evenly sprinkle the shredded Colby-Jack cheese on top of the casserole.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
8. Serve warm and enjoy this comforting and delicious Sloppy Joe Casserole!
