Sliced Baked Potatoes


1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat dry with a paper towel.
3. Slice the potatoes thinly, leaving them attached at the bottom.
4. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
5. Place the sliced potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Brush the seasoned olive oil mixture over the tops of the potatoes, making sure to get in between the slices.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
8. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
