Shrimp Scampi!


Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Deglaze the pan with white wine, let simmer until reduced by half.
Return shrimp to the skillet, add lemon juice and parsley. Toss to combine.
Serve over cooked spaghetti, garnished with more parsley.
