Shawarma Sauce


In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and plain yogurt until smooth.
Add minced garlic, olive oil, and vinegar to the bowl and mix well.
Stir in sugar, salt, black pepper, and dried mint. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary. For a thinner consistency, you can add a little water or more yogurt.
Cover the sauce and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
