Sausage Scramble Breakfast Burritos


In a large frying pan, add oil and heat over medium heat.
Add thinly sliced potatoes to the pan.
Add ground beef to the pan, sprinkle with pepper and garlic salt.
Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until potatoes are soft and beef is thoroughly cooked.
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and milk until blended and add to the beef mixture.
Stir to mix and then cook eggs until scrambled to desired consistency.
Turn off heat, add cheese to melt then top with sliced green onions.
In another frying pan, heat oil over low/medium flame.
Heat up each tortilla on the stove over low flame and then spoon scrambled egg/beef mixture to the middle of each one, roll up and place into the hot oil.
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from pan and place on plate lined with paper towels.
Let cool for a few minutes then enjoy!
