Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza


Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven now.
Cook Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease, leaving about 2 tablespoons in the skillet.
Make Gravy: Sprinkle flour over sausage, stirring to combine. Gradually whisk in milk and bring to a simmer. Cook until thickened, 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Prepare Pizza Dough: Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Brush with olive oil. Pre-bake the crust on a preheated pizza stone or baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Assemble Pizza: Spread sausage gravy over the pre-baked crust. Top with scrambled eggs, then sprinkle with both cheeses.
Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. Garnish with chives or green onions.
Serve: Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve.
