Hash browns, 4 cups, frozen and thawed
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
Softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup
eight big eggs
one cup of milk
Fresh thyme, minced
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
Toss with salt and pepper.
Freshly chopped parsley for decoration
