Root Beer Float Pie


1. In a large bowl, whisk together the root beer, milk, root beer extract, and pudding mix for about 2 minutes or until the mixture thickens.
2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
3. Scoop the pudding mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
4. Place the pie in the freezer and let it set for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
5. Once set, remove the pie from the freezer and cut it into 8 slices.
6. Garnish each slice with whipped cream and cherries.
7. Sprinkle crushed root beer barrel candy around the edges of the pie for an extra touch of sweetness.
8. Store any leftovers in the freezer for later enjoyment.
