Instructions:
mix Cream margarine, vanilla essence and sugar
Add golden syrup and mix properly
Then add milk and mix till combined
Sift flour, cocoa powder over wet ingredients
Add coconut and mix to form a dough
Roll dough and scrap lightly with a fork
Cutout the cookies
Put on a baking tray, bake at 180°c for 10-12 mins
Once let them cool
Melt chocolate
Spread chocolate and sandwich
