Reese’s Butterfinger Cheesecake Bars


Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
Prepare the Ganache:

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Stir until the ganache is smooth.
Finish the Bars:

Pour the ganache over the cooled cheesecake, spreading it evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the ganache is set.
Cut into bars and serve.
