Reese’s Butterfinger Cheesecake Bars 🤤🍫



Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 8×8 inch baking pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
Make the Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating until just blended.
Fold in the chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups and Butterfinger bars.
Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
Bake:

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
Prepare the Ganache:

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Stir until the ganache is smooth.
Finish the Bars:

Pour the ganache over the cooled cheesecake, spreading it evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the ganache is set.
Cut into bars and serve.
