Raspberry Pistachio Cheesecake

Ingredients:
For the Pistachio Crust:
1 1/2 cups pistachios, finely ground
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
A pinch of salt
For the Cream Cheese Filling:
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
For the Raspberry Sauce:
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
For the Topping:
Fresh raspberries
Chopped pistachios
Edible red sprinkles
