Purple Velvet Cake Recipe

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then turn out onto wire racks to cool completely.
Making the Frosting:

Beat the butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, beating on low until combined, then on high until fluffy.
Stir in the vanilla extract.
Assembling and Decorating the Cake:

Once the cakes are completely cool, place one layer on your serving plate and spread a layer of frosting on top.
Place the second layer on top of the first, then frost the top and sides of the cake with the remaining frosting.
Decorate with purple sprinkles, edible glitter, and fresh berries as desired. For an extra touch of elegance, apply edible gold leaf to the sides or top of the cake.
This Purple Velvet Cake recipe combines the classic velvet cake’s soft, moist texture with a modern, visually stunning purple hue. Perfect for any celebration, it’s sure to impress with its unique color, rich flavor, and elegant presentation.
