Pizza Macaroni and Cheese:



Instructions:
1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the chicken broth, marinara sauce, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the diced onions until they become soft and translucent, usually about 3 minutes.
3. Add the mini pepperoni to the skillet and cook until they start to wilt, which should take about 1 minute. Stir in the crushed red pepper flakes.
4. Give the broth mixture a quick stir and pour it into the skillet. Bring the mixture to a boil and then add the macaroni pasta.
5. Reduce the heat to medium and cover the skillet. Let it cook for about 10-12 minutes or until the pasta becomes tender. Stir occasionally to ensure the pasta doesn’t stick to the bottom of the skillet.
6. Once the macaroni is cooked, sprinkle the grated Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses on top. Stir everything together until the cheese is melted.
7. Serve your delicious Pizza Macaroni and Cheese immediately. Enjoy!
