Pineapple Bliss Bars


Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour and sugar, then cut in butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
Make the Filling: While the crust bakes, combine drained pineapple, sour cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
Assemble and Bake: Pour the filling over the baked crust. Return to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the filling is set. Cool completely.
Finish: Dust with powdered sugar before cutting into bars.
