Pico de Gallo Recipe


In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, finely chopped onion, chopped jalapeño pepper, and chopped fresh cilantro.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture, starting with 1 tablespoon, and toss to combine.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with more lime juice, salt, and pepper as needed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
