Pecan Pie Cheesecake


Directions:
Crust:
1. Combine ingredients, press into pan, bake at 325°F for 10 mins.
Pecan Pie Filling:
1. Combine, boil, simmer, pour into crust.
Cheesecake Filling:
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour, sour cream, vanilla. Add eggs. Pour over pecan filling.
2. Bake in water bath at 300°F for 1 hour 10-15 mins.
Topping:
1. Boil sugar, cream, butter, syrup. Add pecans, salt, vanilla. Cool slightly, spread on cheesecake.
