Peanut Butter Pie


1. Using an electric mixer, beat together the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until well combined and smooth.
2. Sift in the powdered sugar and continue beating until fully incorporated.
3. Add the thawed whipped topping to the peanut butter mixture and beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
4. Spread the peanut butter filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
5. Refrigerate the pie for at least one hour to allow it to set before serving.
