Peanut Butter Banana Bread


Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, stir the mashed bananas and melted butter together.
Mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
Add the flour, mix until it is just incorporated. Fold in the Reese’s peanut butter chips.
Pour the mixture into a buttered 4×8 inch loaf pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350°F (175°C), or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool completely on a rack. Slice and serve.
