Original rolls. Great option for a hearty breakfast

Grate the sausage and mozzarella (can be replaced with hard cheese). Finely chop the dill and add to them. Pepper and salt the mass. Add a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise (you don’t need much).

Place the resulting filling on the pita bread. Roll it up into a tight roll. Cut it into portions.

Beat milk and egg with a fork. Quickly dip the rolls in the batter and fry on each side until golden brown. It’s better to do this over low heat.

These simple, but filling and tasty rolls are best eaten hot.
