Oreo Chocolate Cheesecake Cake


Directions:
Prepare the Chocolate Cake: Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add eggs, buttermilk, coffee, oil, and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide batter between pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing just until blended. Fold in crushed Oreos. Pour into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 40 minutes or until set. Cool and then refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
For the Frosting: Beat butter until creamy. Gradually add cocoa and powdered sugar, alternating with heavy cream and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
Assemble the Cake: Place one layer of chocolate cake on a serving plate. Top with the cheesecake layer, then the second chocolate cake layer. Frost with chocolate frosting and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
