Orange Lush Dessert


Directions:
For the Orange Crust:
Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan and chill in the refrigerator.
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread over the chilled crust and return to the refrigerator.
For the Orange Mousse:
Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup orange juice and let stand for 1 minute.
Heat the remaining orange juice, orange zest, and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
Add the gelatin mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the orange mixture.
Pour over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set.
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and orange juice until smooth.
Spread over the mousse layer and chill until ready to serve.
For the Topping:
Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar to stiff peaks.
Pipe or spread over the glaze before serving.
